LifeWise Dental Insurance

LifeWise Health Plan of Washington is proud to offer individual dental insurance in Washington State!

Dental insurance is not available as a stand alone dental plan. To qualify for this exciting new program, residents of Washington State must also have a health insurance policy from LifeWise Health Plan of Washington. Beginning in September of 2011, you will be able to receive quotes from our online system combined with the dental plans if you choose to add it.

LifeWise dental insurance plans will be quoted for ALL MEMBERS applying for coverage. If you one person in a family wants to apply for the dental plan, then all potential applicants are quotes. You will not be able to have one family member apply for the dental coverage, and the rest of the family not get the dental plan. If one person gets the coverage, then the entire family must also get the coverage.
